'Some Must haves' when renting your home in Turkey –Turkish Furniture Buyers Guide

Gone are the days when you can get away with cheap, shoddy and ill equipped homes for rental, whether it be in Turkey or anywhere in the world. A well-equipped home, stylishly but sturdily furnished makes for a happy holidaymaker, a stress-free holiday and more importanly the chance of a repeat booking.

When furnishing your holiday home, stop for a moment and think what 'makes the difference' to your holiday. It doesn't take much to add value whether it be simply adding a simple cafeitere, a DVD player or a stockpot. It's the little things that make all the difference; from a freshly brewed cup of coffee in the morning to chilling out with your favourite music in the evening, there are lots of ways in which you can turn someone's holiday from good to great!

Firstly, its always a good idea to supply an inventory of everything so that your client sign upon arrival and departure.

Twin bed cunumdrum: The ideal in a rental is to use a twin-bed doubler more commonly known as zipped mattresses but these are not common in Turkey - two singles pushed together is an option - but better to add aditional twin bedded rooms, or if enough room supply a 18cm0 base with x 2 90cm mattresses similar to those that are always supplied in continental Europe. Rechargeable LED lights/Torches: Power cuts can be a frequent occurance is hot countries as electricity demands go up in the evening. So it's worth having some emergency lighting at hand for your guests. Rechargeable LED lights
