A well-equipped home, stylishly but sturdily furnished makes for a happy holidaymaker, a stress-free holiday and more importanly the chance of a repeat booking.
When furnishing your holiday home, stop for a moment and think what 'makes the difference' to your holiday. Firstly, its always a good idea to supply an inventory of everything so that your client sign upon arrival and departure.

Bedding: In hot climates you cant beat 100% cotton - stick to white and readily available in the long run they last longer and are 10x more comfortable thah cheap poly/cotton which can be itchy and scratchy.
Install Flyscreens: this makes for comforable nights without the fear of being bitten by mosquitos and the like and as second best install an electric fly zapper which can be plugged in attracts all insects.
Rechargeable LED lights/Torches: Power cuts can be a frequent occurance is hot countries as electricity demands go up in the evening. So it's worth having some emergency lighting at hand for your guests. Rechargeable LED lights

are much safer than conventional candles and you won't need to buy/supply loads of batteries.
Paddle fans: Not everyone is keen on air-con so it is useful to install paddle fans in the ceiling to move the air around and keep cool.
First aid kit: a small first aid kit in the bathroom of your holiday home for minor scrapes and grazes costs very little but adds a lot as most holiday makers forget the plasters, so it's certainly a worthwhile investment!

Travel plug adaptors: a few travel adaptors in the sockets dotted around your holiday home will ensure a big thank you from your guests, again a small investment that means a lot.
Music system or better still an iPod docking station and cable: To allow your visitors to plug their own players into your stereo and listen to their favourite music.
These are just some cheap and cheerful ideas to help you and your guests have a great holiday and work towards reapeat business.
